Account and profile data: name, email, phone number, password or authentication data, profile photo, and preferences.

Event and transaction data: events you create or attend, ticket orders, RSVPs, table bookings, sponsorship applications, payment status, and related receipts.

Payment data: limited payment details processed by our payment partners (such as Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave). We do not store full card numbers on Meeteor servers when processors handle card entry.

Device and usage data: IP address, device type, app or browser information, approximate location (when you allow it), cookies, and how you use the Services.

Content you submit: messages, reviews, media uploads, support requests, and other materials you provide.

To provide and improve the Services (accounts, ticketing, event discovery, payments, support).

To communicate with you about orders, events, security, and product updates.

To personalize recommendations and measure performance of features and marketing (where allowed).

To detect fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.

With your consent where required (for example certain marketing or precise location uses).

With Hosts: when you buy a ticket, RSVP, or otherwise interact with an event, we share information the Host needs to run the event (such as name, email, ticket type, and attendance status).

With service providers: hosting, analytics, email/SMS, customer support, and payment processors acting on our instructions.

With sponsors or partners: only when you take an action that requires it (for example watching a sponsor video that unlocks a discount and agreeing to related contact terms).

For legal reasons: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Because we operate in multiple countries, your information may be processed in Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, or other countries where our providers operate.
